Retry (and anyone) If it's possible for you to come down early and help us set up that would be great. You will still be able to race, we just need help putting everything in place for when people start arriving. Please let me know if you can come down early so we know numbers and can dish out tasks on the day. Thank you.

so I've just gone ahead and sent posters to all the Ice Rinks I can find in the south east with a nice letter asking if they can help by displaying the posters.
