Faster and faster broadband worries me a bit.
Are we going to see a parallel with software development where faster and faster chips encouraged $oftware deSignerS to write inneficient code, relying on the speed of the PCs to make up for the inneficiency.
If web site designers follow suit, taking less and less care over the efficiency and size of their sites, relying on network speed to hide the fact that you are actually downloading huge quantities of unnecessary data, we could end up with huge downloads that happen very fast but.... what happens when the pricing policies of ISPs changes to mirror GPRS and they start charging for how much you download!
This may of course just be jealousy 'cos I've only got 2meg
