I have money from all of you now except Dave.

There is still five months to go till the event so I'm gonna stop talking about this for a while till nearer the time Could people please be on the look out for good deals on travel or camping equipment as we come into summer

Last post I promise !!

Decathlon's sale does not cover their camping equipment yet. The 2 second tent is still 50 Euros (approx £35) but they have dobule size air matresses for around £11 / 16Euros. I will let you know if I discover the tent in the sale.

Ooh am excited now must go and have a lie down !!

Re:Le Man Costs & Deposit - 09:26 21 Apr 06 What do you mean just?? I have been busting my gut getting a low price like that. You are more than welcome to book transport yourself if you wish

Another £150 each will cover us for everything, T-shirts, ferry, fuel, campsite, food for everyone, first aid etc. etc. and is MUCH cheaper than I told you all that it would cost in the very first post in this thread. I am desperately trying to make this trip as cheap as possible for EVERYONE, I can show you all the details if you wish, in fact I would be more than happy to show people the details. Sorry for the rant, it has been brewing a while.

Evans, can I please talk to you about your mum on Saterday? Thank you

Re:Le Man Costs & Deposit - 12:03 21 Apr 06 Hiya

So I guess the question is when do you want this money? We need to get the Ferry tickets booked soon otherwise the pricing will go up.

So do we have a final list of who is travelling with whom, and more importantly who the drivers are? I will need all this detail in order to book the ferry tickets with my discount card.

Guys, if you've not sent in this detail, can you please do so, say by next Tuesday 26th? Although I guess we need to put this on the transport forum thread.

Alternatively, if you wish to arrange your own trasnport then please let Dan know by that date too.

Thanks

Re:Le Man Costs & Deposit - 12:17 21 Apr 06 So I guess the question is when do you want this money? We need to get the Ferry tickets booked soon otherwise the pricing will go up.Let me finish finalising the prices, I have managed to get some great discounts for all of us. I was trying to get this done sooner rather than later! :-

So do we have a final list of who is travelling with whom, and more importantly who the drivers are? I will need all this detail in order to book the ferry tickets with my discount card. That is what I was trying to do!!! I still don't know how 70% of you are getting there!

Guys, if you've not sent in this detail, can you please do so, say by next Tuesday 26th? Although I guess we need to put this on the transport forum thread. Please please please.

Alternatively, if you wish to arrange your own trasnport then please let Dan know by that date too.I am quite happy for people to arrange their own transport but everyone so far has said they want to travel together by car in convoy. Hence why I managed to get a discount etc.

*gets out pennies jar*
*counts out 15000*
*puts them in box for dogsbody*
I would be MORE than happy with that
