So Happy - 23:50 07 Jun 05 I had a race on the weekend in Duisberg. It was an elite field with some top world class skaters, and i came in 30th place out of 677, with my second fastest time of the year in some really tough windy conditons. I am so chuffed i just had to share...

Mon - rest
Tues - Interval and speed training in Tatem Park London
Wed - WNS
Thur - Endurance interval training in Richmond Park London
Fri - FNS
Sat - Technique and fun skating
Sun - Racing or training in London somewhere
