Shoe Lacing Methods - 20:55 18 May 06 If you have ever had a problem with teh laces on your skates slipping then have I got the site for you! Shoe Lacing Methods.

The one recommended for skaters is Knotted Lacing. Feel so much better for a skate tonight, still can't talk but enough energy to go back to work tomorrow
