You're hardly new Dogsbody! still, i think the bolt should be the first priority, measure the length required to carry the bearings and spacers, then find a bottle, you might find that the small evian water bottles might suffice, as they are easy to replace if you damage it, or does it require a good seal? what are you using to clean the bearings with that will determine the material required for the bottle.
As for places to purchase. the bolt can be bought from B&Q in Farnborough, possibly Homebase, but less likely, there is a Specialist in Farnham AJM of Camberley, who will certainly be able to get the right length and thickness of thread for you, the bottles, well any cycle shop, Halfords, Woolies, Millets, to name a few! even Focus Do it all in Frimley road may have some parts for you. there very local to you, you could skate there mate!!
