I might not be using my speed boots now as they may adversely affect my feet prior to my nice spangly new skates arriving. would have to use my pilot pro v's in that case, but I don't really get on with them and they're broken... ! Skate Monkey !

Re:What skates are you wearing for Goodwood and wh - 07:25 24 Jul 06 Update. Practicing with my Pilot Pro Vs this week 'cos my carbons have hurt my feet too much. Should be interesting. Last time I wore these I fell over and broke them.

Anyway, that puts me squarely back in rec boots, albeit with a 5 * 84 frame. Just possibly gonna have to see if I can fit my 4 * 100 frame onto them. Hmm.. ! Skate Monkey !

mine are still useable (barely!) and they date from 1980!

personally i will be on my trusty FSK's mainly because i didn't get round to buying some fitness skates this summer, doh! Oh well i guess i can get them for next year!
