New Bearings....opinions... - 16:36 15 Oct 06 I have a new set of bearings (which I brought for Le Mans but thats another story )

I'm about to take two used sets of wheels and put one set on my 'Merry' frames for indoor skating and one set on my normal frames for outdoor 'Mike van erp' stuff....as I am finding my heel brake a pain indoors!!

Does anyone have any opinions on which set the new bearing should go into?
The indoor or outdoor set?

The other bearing are dirty BTW but I haven't got time to clean them just now so they will have to go into one pair as is

so any advise

Re:New Bearings....opinions... - 17:11 15 Oct 06 Put the nice bearings into whichever frames/wheels you will use the most, failing that put them into the newest wheels so that you don't have to change them for a while Feel so much better for a skate tonight, still can't talk but enough energy to go back to work tomorrow - Twitter Status

Re:New Bearings....opinions... - 21:19 15 Oct 06 I am tempted to say 6 months but whatever you will get the most use out of over the life of the frames/wheels or before they will next need a clean Feel so much better for a skate tonight, still can't talk but enough energy to go back to work tomorrow - Twitter Status

Re:New Bearings....opinions... - 07:12 16 Oct 06 I'd put them on your outdoor set personally. It sounds nuts, but my outdoor bearings tend to stay cleaner. Plus, you'll likely notice the difference more outside. Anyway, cleaning bearings it only a 30 minute job.. ! Skate Monkey !
