There have been a couple of previous threads on this HERE and how he eventually fixed it HERE
A quick summary...
- WD40
- Heat
- Drill a hole in the axle to try and release the pressure a bit.
- Screw in a reverse thread bolt, you screw it in backwards so as you tighten it it starts to unscrew the axle
- Take it to a bike repair shop (there aren't really any skate repair shops any more!)
- Use a dremmel to cut a slit in the bolt, you can then use a flat screwdriver to get it out
- Glue an allen key in the hole with chemical metal
- Hit it with a large hammer!
