This is a great place to practice different terrain and get used to changing from one surface to another. As this is Army land it is surrounded by trees, heather and various grass land which means the surfaces can be covered in twigs etc but this is just another great practice situation. There are plenty of slight hills to practice all technics on, including whizzing down them 
Another great place to to get some practice in for London street skates.
