Eastbourne was amazing everybody I'm sooooo coming next year (though probably staying in a hotel slightly nearer the arenas) - photos up soon hopefully!

Re:Eastbourne Extreme '06: 22-23 July - 14:21 24 Jul 06 I had a great day down there on Saturday. Pity about the little outburst of storm, but it was soon over.

The best bit for me was the 'SLOW' street skate, which started out too slow even for me. But then after leaving some of the skaters awaiting our return, we zapped along the Prom at quite a pace, and back again to the waiting group. Really enjoyed that.

Freeman, Evans and the rest of ESA did an awesome job with the events. It was great to see everyone joining in, especially the agressives and BMX guys they were fantastic. In my mind the winners have to be the kid agressive jumper AND our very own Evans winning the Slalom AND limbo. You go girl !!

It was great to see the London guys there too. Made us feel right at home !!

Plus we met guys from Cardiff, Arun & Colchester too.

Looking forward to bigger and better things next year. Thanks again Eastbourne

Re:Eastbourne Extreme '06: 22-23 July - 18:22 24 Jul 06 I don't think I can say this enough but WELL DONE THE ESA . You organised two full packed days of events with a flawless presentation and I think it is safe to say everyone enjoyed the events

Freeman and Nick your Commentery was fantastic and the competitors were pretty amazing! I agree with Red, the Aggressive skaters were out of this world (having never really seen Aggresive skating before!) and HOW high can they jump

All your time, Effort and problems getting this event going was well worth it

Congratulation again on organising all of this

You really made us all feel welcome, no matter what the age or ability of the skater. Cheryl and Dan also deserve enormous praise for their hard work and organisational skills over the weekend. (Cheryl, you'll be pleased to know those trousers are in the bin!

Re:Eastbourne Extreme '06: 22-23 July - 09:00 26 Jul 06 Cheers to Max and Nick and the rest of the ESA for organising Eastbourne Skate Fest this year. Better and more organised than last year I reckon (even if I did only do the Saturday).

Good to catch up with loads of people (haven't seen Tim Wheels for ages!) and meet new ones too esp. Jules and Cornelius off of Stoke/Nottingham and good to see the Cardiff crew (Alan, Jacqui and Dave) having fun.

I was soooo glad I decided to stay for the start of RD when the Skater Grrls turned up dressed for the occasion. Managed to not take any photos this year (left camera at home!) so please post pix of what happened l8r and on the Sunday to fill in the gaps!

Oh, yeah - CSMSN REALLY need basketball practice over the Winter too! Jagshemash!

that was a great weekend, well done Max, Nick, Dave, and all the other ESA guys i can't remember!!!
a truly great event, despite some poor weather we all had a good time, the Sunday went really well with the comp's, but the street skates and rollerdisco were the highlights for me!
oh and of course the company at the evening meals!
