Can't skate tonight - 13:30 10 Mar 05 Sorry guys I will not be skating tonight, my legs have seized up and I think I have been over-training in the last week so I am going to have a rest tonight.

I think you overdid in the race last night. I took my time and came second from last. I know how to pace myself
