Goodwood Meeting Fri 28th Apr 2006 - 11:18 26 Apr 06 Meeting on Fri 28th Apr 2006. 7:30pm at the Arena Canteen.

I think we now have all the major pricing info in (at least we are playing with single pounds as opposed to hundreds of pounds). With the race now 12 weeks away we really need to set the entry price but there are so many combinations to doing this that we really need to meet and agree this properly so we can start making advanced door sales which will give us an idea of numbers.

I realise that some of you won't be able to make this at short notice so please PM me your e-mail address if you would like to add your input and I can mail you some of the raw info about costings.

This meeting is open to anyone that would like to have a say, it doesn't matter if you haven't been to a meeting before. Please let us know if you are coming so we can get a rough idea of numbers.

Agenda - This will primarily be around setting an entry price structure, anything else in a bonus

To give you an idea of options...
- Different prices based on age
- Different prices based on sign up date
- Different prices based on how many people sign up (first 50 people at X price)
- Different prices based on timing required (if using chip system)
- Combinations of all above
- Anything else I haven't thought of

Don't bust a gut, you deserve to celebrate... but we would certainly value your input, PM me before hand if you have any specific opinions for the meeting.

Red, This thing we HAVE to sort out at the meeting is the door price based on the kit we will have there, I can't see that taking more than an hour. If people want to carry on talking about other things to do with Goodwood afterwards then that is fine, you and anyone else can go
