If you want to use these for getting faster, then most speed frames should do. I've put 5 x 90mm frames on my Sebas, and they do the job (well sort of, I'm still slow!).
If you want specific downhill frames, i.e. because you want to do downhill skating, where lots of force is applied to the frames, then you may want something more robust. I don't know anyone here that does downhill racing, so not sure if they use bog standard speed frames, or if they go for something with more oompf!
