Mr Bitwobbly you have sold this idea to me - I love it

Not sure on music and copyright blah blah boring stuff but its cool! You could even play it at the start of the event

Re:New name for Goodwood Roller Marathon - 16:29 09 Jan 07 Best I can come up with is Miles on Wheels - have even come up with a lickle logo and everything (have sent an MMS to Dogsbody so he can laugh at my rubbish drawing talents!). It's not excluding any group of wheeled competitors and is a snappy description of what the day is about.

All that aside, I like the BRGP too

I'm not sure about British as there is a "British Inline Cup" being organised at the moment, which we are actually being asked if we want to participate in!

So how do we want to decide!? I can't really do a poll can I as there are too many options out of all the bits!

Another option is to replace Roller with Skater..although I'm not sure that would work

Oh no, keep Roller not Skater.

The Great Southern Roller Grand Prix (play on The Great Northern Run) but The British Roller Grand Prix definately has a ring to it. You might need that blue flag idea from the wash-up after last year.
