Learnt from Lemming. Start with the rear wheel in line with the archilles, and the front wheel between your big/second toe. You may need somebody behind you to check the rear alignment at the rear.
After that, I'm having the same problem with pronating (I think), and also big blisters, aching legs and back.
It would seem that the rest is by personal feel. If you're skating on the inside of the wheel, then move the boot further out on the frame to restore equalibrium. Reverse if you're on the outside of the wheel. Never move more than a mm or so at a time.
I'll now wait for Lemming to correct me, but I think it's basically sound.
