Sorry it has taken so long to post up, but I had a few final loose end to tie up

Anyway....We are all booked and confirmed in the Gladwyn

There are 14 of us staying the Saturday night

and only a few less on Friday night.....The makings of a great Party

The Gladwyn has very kindly let us off paying deposits

However please see what they said below...
Regarding a deposit, we normally require a deposit equivalent to the rate for one might but as you are regulars we do not require a deposit from you...I just presume you will not be cancelling rooms en masse the night before!!!!

So please if anyone need to cancel or change can they let me know ASAP..If it too close to the day I may be forced to take a deposit off you anyway. Thank you

The Gladwyn still have two Doubles available at the moment so if anyone wants to book it please let me know or contact the hotel direct - If you let them know you are with us you should get the same rate

OK so are we doing Pizzas again on the Friday night? Hope so, coz they're yummy from that place around the corner.
