ok, update....

I have 9 confirmed so far who have either paid or have money on the way (dogsnody, Retry, Red, Freeman, Dave, Dan, Darren, Mark, Mansfield).

Having discussed it last week at Sandhurst, this is the plan:

- Once we have at least 9 people's deposits I'll enter team 1.
- If we get at least 16 people that will justify team 2. If it is about 16 rather than the full 20 it may mean that team 2 dont always keep the baton going the full 24 hrs, but the strategy can be agreed upon nearer the time.

So its hard to say right now whether we'll get enough for a second team.
It'll be a shame if a few people end up dissappointed because we have too many for 1 team but not enough for 2. Thoughts welcome on what people think the minimum should be for a second team, i.e. is 16 in total a good lower limit???

Logos-wise, last years was very effective and I liked the hero theme, we could stick with it - I have some ideas!

I think 16 is the minimum but if we do have 16 then be prepared for it to be less. We had 12 people sign up last year and ended up racing with 9. Saying that, if we have a second team that aren't taking it seriously then people like the pit crew can do laps if they want etc.

18 would be fine as we could happily do two teams of nine. Both previous years have been nine racers

Good point - if that does appeal to the pit ppl.. its also a good opportunity for any other first timers out there - there's no rules on how quick your laps have to be

9 People confirmed, 9 others expressed an interest. So we need 7 more people confirmed if we're going for 2 teams with a minimum of 16 people...
