Roller Hockey tournament - 08:32 10 Dec 07 I know this coincides with one of your skating sessions, but if anybody would like to watch two of the top teams in the country play, you are very welcome to coem along. Details are

Farnham Leisure Centre
Sat 2nd Feb 2008, 6pm-8pm
This is a cup match, 25 minutes each way, stopping clock

Clubs are:-
Southsea (my club) - National Division 1 champions 3 times in the last 4 years

Middlesbrough - Premier division team and winners of the 1st major trophy of the season

Middlebrough will not be travelling all this way to lose, and Southsea will be out to prove they can cope with teams from the division above.

If anybody is interested in having a go at roller hockey, Farnham meet every Sunday night - 6pm-8pm. They have members of all abilities, so nobody would be out of place. They mostly play on quad skates but two of their best players wear inlines. I can give you more details if you want it.

We could even do some cross advertising For Goodwood Roller Marathon if we felt cheeky

Re:Roller Hockey tournament - 12:38 13 Jan 08 Just a reminder that this is still on. We have2 hours booked but I suspect we will finish inside 90 minutes. If we do have time, we can use it for a knock about. If anyone decides to come and watch, bring your skates. I will bring some sticks and you may be able to have a go at proper roller hockey.

Re:Roller Hockey tournament - 15:04 18 Jan 08 I'm sure some of us should be able to get to this Peter. Red is trying to coordinate interested people as that's the only way we'll get an idea of numbers.

It's just down the road from here, and if people don't have transport then I'm sure we can organise lifts from Camberley/Farnborough area.
