Salomon FSK S-Lab - 20:31 09 Nov 04 Hi folks, finally the new FSK's are on Salomons website,
should be in the shops shortly, i know what's at the top
of my Xmas list!!

So what is the difference between the "Crossmax S-Lab" and the "Deemax 3" ? looking at the spec's I would almost say the Deemax was better.

Re:Salomon FSK S-Lab - 21:57 09 Nov 04 Hmmm? they have always been really close in spec's but the Crossmax has the Alu Attack feature on the heel plate which should improve acceleration when pushing out on your stride, but i like them 'cos there blue and not red like some tart i know!!

how about adding links to Salomon, K2, Rollerblade, and Roces to compare models?

anyone else seen any decent skates?

Re:Salomon FSK S-Lab - 13:38 15 Nov 04 Colour aside the new FSK "slabs" don't seem to be much of a change from the CMax 3's. I was hoping the mew Cmax's would be radically different to justify shelling out for a new pair but then again, it's difficult to improve on the original Cmax design!

A lot of people prefer DeeMax (or ThunderMax as I think they became) as there's not a great deal of performance increase for much more pence.

My cash is probably aiming for the new K2s that Monty Walker (Instructor of the year 2002!) is currently using. Will post a link to them if I find one. Jagshemash!
