Re:London to Brighton - Sun 15th June 2008 - 11:46 04 Mar 08 I've applied this year, but intend to do it on a bike if accepted (sorry).

But hopefully I'll be around anyway.

5 skaters, 1 skateboard and a bike SO FAR
When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.

Re:London to Brighton - Sun 15th June 2008 - 21:38 14 Mar 08 Put me down as interested in this - especially now we can use Kingol's bike as a brake on the downhills!

Re:London to Brighton - Sun 15th June 2008 - 15:31 15 Mar 08 Why do you want to break on the downhills?? They are the best bit! The only difference between a rut and a grave is the depth.

Re:London to Brighton - Sun 15th June 2008 - 17:24 15 Mar 08 ^^ Sado-Masochist, comes to mind.
Don't get me wrong It's not the hills I mind,

it's the sliding along the ground at speed that puts me off.

Re:London to Brighton - Sun 15th June 2008 - 09:31 17 Apr 08 Just read Dogsbody's report on the day and L2B certainly looks like a challenge so I'm in.

Will need to train though - not done any distance since Goodwood 2006!
