Hi,
Thanks for all your enthusiasm, we’re all really looking forward to seeing you here. In answer to some of your questions:
1: If it rains, its still happening, just bring waterproofs/warm clothes etc.
2: Cyclists are as welcome as skaters, the more variety the better: so far we have 1 recumbant, 1 kickboard, and the rest skates and bikes… Brendan: a unicycle would look amazing!
3: The characters will be protesting for the freedom of the people, against the over use of CCTV cameras and ID cards that make you into a number. You are crying out for freedom.
4: Expenses will be £10 cash paid to you on the day PROVIDED YOU REGISTER WITH ME PERSONALLY BEFORE HAND (I need your numbers and names ASAP).
5: Safety gear? No one will need to do any stunts or anything, you’ll just be riding down a street with banners etc. So unless it looks cool, don’t bother, it’ll just mean more baggage.
6: Storage? There will be a big bus to shelter in and lots of space to leave your things, we have our own security at the base at all times, so your stuff will be safe.
