Thanks especially to the guys at the water stop, it was well-needed!

Amazing to see such a great turnout, was very much aware that this year there were tonnes more people compareed to last year.

But......
Corr...that WIND!!!

That was blummin hard work!!!

Despite that I was well chuffed to have matched last years time considering the worse weather this time...... the paceline helped so much, thanks Lan-Lan, Ki (?) and the others from London...
Even if none of us are very good at counting to 11 and ended up doing 12 to make sure, lol!!

Hats off to everyone who completed it, especially those who do it without a paceline cos that is a real endurance effort!

Roll on next year.

What a day, apart from the wind it was great, fantastically well organised, all that effort and hard work was very apparent and very much appreciated.
I'm delighted to have got round but I really do hurt today

you all did very well - even if alot of you said it hurt and the Wind was terrible..well known fact its always windy at Goodwood

So as Merry said,thank you EVERYONE for your help, you all played a part in a great event ,be is as an organiser, racer or spectator.

We had a fab day and hope you did too. We're still counting the cash and sponsorship but we're hopeful for a good result for the NSPCC, which was one of the reasons we were there.

My thank also to Hannah's pace line which picked me up on lap 9 or so whilst lapping me and took me round for my last lap despite the fact they'd quite clearly already finished. So cheers Lan-Lan, Kai, Hannah, and the rest.
