I may well be up for some training, hmmmm, I may even be able to work out a 30 mile street skate for the week before if anyone is interested!?

Yes interested, thanks dogsbody!

And yes itd make for good Le Mans training!!

Was thinking either 1st or 2nd weekend in June if its going to be of benefit for L2B.. whatever suits most people?
Route-wise, an option could be making our way from Camberley towards Ash vale ranges where we could maybe get in a bit of stride 2 up on the tarmac-ed range road.

and if people fancy it we could encorporate a cheeky pub lunch?..

Re:London to Brighton - Sun 15th June 2008 - 14:14 19 May 08 By the way; if anyone fancies sponsoring me I have just set up a justgiving page:

http://www.justgiving.com/michaelsimonds

I know I'm 'only' cycling it but I'm sure the British Heart Foundation will appreciate the cash anyway.

Only 4 weeks to go!

Re:London to Brighton - Sun 15th June 2008 - 11:46 08 Jun 08 How are people getting up to London for that early in the morning?

As far as I remember, no trains run that early.

Re:London to Brighton - Sun 15th June 2008 - 13:43 08 Jun 08 Nope, I was just asking as I know transport was a pain last year.

Still, at least skaters can go on the trains! All bikes are banned from trains on that day! LOL

Re:London to Brighton - Sun 15th June 2008 - 21:18 08 Jun 08 I'm up for it, providing I can keep up with someone else.
Just have to get the first train I can to london.
When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.
