Goodwood Meeting - Sat 12 Jul 2008 - 07:11 10 Jul 08 Meeting on Saturday 12th July 2008, 3:00pm at Janes House

Everyone welcome, you don't have to have been to a meeting before.

Please let us know if you are coming so we can get a rough idea of numbers.

A couple of water stop helpers on skates will be useful - need to be competent skaters. Another one of my helpers is suddenly not helpful after all and not coming on the day. It is only really for the first couple of hours

We will be visiting the Goodwood motor circuit on the 18th (on our way down to Eastbourne Extreme). Anyone is welcome to join us so you are more than welcome Peter

The meeting is at 10am however! Goodwood staff are very busy organising the festival of speed so we only have a quick hour.

If you are coming please try and wear the Goodwood T-shirt from last year if you have one as I believe there will also be a photoshoot for a local newspaper and the Duchess of Richmond should be there (NSPCC patron who also lives on the Goodwood estate).

We have to do some paperwork with Goodwood (Insurance and money) and it gives us a chance to confirm where everything will be going as especially as we look to be moving everything over to the other side this year due to parking.
