- 4 poster packs done
- Minutes from last meeting posted
- Next meeting called
- SMUK write up checked and returned
- Bank account checked and racer payments updated
- Talked to Mansfield regarding outstanding cheques
- Email address of racer changed and signup mail manually sent out
- Replied to stall holder with details of everything needed
- Chased NSPCC about water
- Removed duplicate entry
- Updated entries for cheques we have received but not cashed
- Sent a chase up mail to all racers that had registered but not paid
- Updated the Sponsorship Letter

Can you all please double check the Sponsorship Letter and let me know if I have made all the changes people wanted and it is now clearer. Thank you.

Now I'm going to bed. In Vauxhall for the roller disco. Impressive setup. Now it's time to get my groove on
