Hackers (Movie Night) - 10:30 26 Apr 10 Hey guys,

So, after the apparent success of Saturday night's "Whip It" movie night, there's some talk of doing it again. Continuing with the theme of skating based films, the next suggestion is....

Hackers!

I don't mind hosting again (and I have a copy of said film). Seeing as most of us are at the Arena on Saturday nights it seems sensible to have the film afterwards like we did this week. I'm open to suggestions for dates so get busy!

I could do this coming saturday.

Otherwise maybe a Tues evening (post Eelmoor, seeing as its becomming a regular meet anyway) would suit people? (but I couldnt do tomorrow - just to be complicated).

Re:Hackers (Movie Night) - 12:15 27 Apr 10 Not a skating film, but this scene of Gene Kelly in a relatively unknown 1954 film, with metal wheeled skates has to be one of the most impressive skating scenes ever. You need it on a big screen in full CinemaScope to get the best effect.

Re:Hackers (Movie Night) - 12:04 04 May 10 Ok - so due to a lot of people not being able to make it on Saturday night, the Hackers movie night was moved to tonight after Eelmoor. Sadly, the only people I told were the people who /were/ there on Saturday night. Clever me eh?

So anyways, those of you can make it: 8:45pm-ish at my place for movie / junk food. Bring it on.

If I bring Popcorn and Biscuit will this help make up for this? Plus we should met before you get to see the real me (i.e drunk) at Eastbourne

Appalling puns aside, don't worry about bringing any popcorn - i've already got a boat load in the cupboard. Anything else you care to bring would be greatly appreciated though.

So far it's looking like: me, Vix, Mansfield, Dogsbody, Merry and possibly a couple of non-cskaters (Kim and/or Liam... who in fairness do sometimes skate).

Any more takers?
