Hi Guys

I was doing some of these drills a few weeks ago with Red and promised that I would do a write up on them- so here it is! Any questions let me know!

I'm planning on doing a few of the "safer" ones with everyone at Sandhurst in the autumn.

Re:Roller Derby Drills - 09:28 09 Jul 10 That drill list looks pretty much the whole standard from what I saw at the fresh meat intake at the Brighton Rockers.

If anyone is interested there should be some Roller Derby girls at Extreme this year - I'm hoping to get some of them into Roller Jousting...

Re:Roller Derby Drills - 11:38 09 Jul 10 Any extra Derby players are welcome - I hope to get enough together to run some form of demo to show the public what it is about.

I know some girls from LRR are coming down and hope to see some of the Brighton Rockers too. But More the merrier.

If we can piece together some kind of informative demo for the public that would be great.
