If you are supplying your own First Aiders, then you will need to cover them with public liability insurance. As I understand it, even if you are qualified, then the First Aider would be personally liable for any damage caused by their actions, so needs to be insured. It may be unlikely but could happen. That's the modern world for you!

we are just wondering if you have had any meetings about this years event yet and whether or not you have discussed my team joining in with the main event.

we currently have 14 players on the team and would like as many to take part in their chairs as possible.

Wheelchairs- took up a lot of space. Agreed to allow them to race later like in 2010. Trikes also have a similar problem and numbers could be limited for both wheelchairs and trikes if we get a lot. Trikes will start later if we get more than 5.
As a "none-organiser", I did not see any problem with the 2010 arrangement and believe they should be encouraged. As they run later, they could possibly be excluded from any limit on number of participants at the event?

Re:Goodwood Meeting Minutes 15 Jan 2011 - 12:10 23 Mar 11 We could be using it this year. I think we have some coach parties coming, At least two from Welsh Land, as it's a coach park that would work me thinks. It's about as big as a football pitch I think.
