Accommodation - Eastbourne Extreme 2012 - 16:58 05 Feb 12 Accommodation - Eastbourne Extreme 2012

Eastbourne Extreme is on the 14-15 July 2012 – This thread is to discuss/confirm accommodation for a weekend by the seaside

For those new to the annual Cskate invasion of Eastbourne we stay at the Da Vinci

MAP

Better details on Rooms can be found Here

Update on prices:
Single room £40/night
Double room £75/night
Superior Twin/Double room is £80 a night
Executive room 95/night for three people

Just to advise a Superior Twin/Double room is £80 a night - This room can either be a twin or a double and due to people not being able to commit we will probably have two of these to give us different room style to work with. I'll try and be as fair as possible and allocate room according to who spoke up first :-P

So far I have reserved and allocated rooms as below for Friday 13th and Saturday 14th July 2012:
Single rooms - £40 a night - 4 booked
Dogsbody - Confirmed Both nights
Retry - Confirmed both nightKay - confirmed both nights

Double rooms - £75 a night - 3 booked
Steve_zzzz - Comfirmed both nights
Sapphire/MCS - confirmed both nights - TBC
Padrino - confirmed both nights

Twin - £80 a night - 2 booked
Lamsey/ Becky - both nights

Family Room
Red - Confirmed both nights
Merry - Confirmed both nights

Vix (TBC)

I have also reserved two Superior Twin/Double room is £80 a night for any people who haven’t spoken up yet :-P

Obviously there are a few TBC this year and this may mean room move about a bit but for now the plan is there.

I will need to confirm rooms by the end of April so please shout if you said you might come and can’t now or equally if you haven’t said a thing but want to go :-P Also please confirm you want to stay both nights – 13th and 14th

FYI the T&C’s are below:

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, the da Vinci is a designated non-smoking hotel. The premises are protected by CCTV cameras. We require 48 hours notice of your cancellation otherwise the first night of the stay is charged. Check-In time is 14:00 and Check-Out time is 11:00....although we are happy to be flexible whenever possible (at no extra cost).

The da Vinci hotel is situated in the centre of zone S which means that guests parking locally will be subject to parking restrictions operating between 0800 and 1800 from Monday to Saturday. We have made special arrangements to provide all our guests with complimentary parking permits for the duration of their stay.

I’ll update you more nearer the time but for now if you can all over the next 3 months confirm with me you are definitely coming or not and confirm what nights that would be great

Re:Accommodation - Eastbourne Extreme 2012 - 17:49 29 Apr 12 Thank you Merry.

Still don't know if I'll be skating at all this year, (might know more by the end of the week) but looking forward to the break.
