Camberley Arena was the reason that I started this website, made the T-shirts and generally talk to everyone about Camberley Skaters.

I had been living (and skating) in Camberley for around 3 years not knowing any other skaters and I suddenly found that Camberley Arena had been been here all along! I was so happy to find such a friendly group of people and upset that it had taken 3 years for me to find out about it. I hope this forum will change that for other people. To cure insomnia, move to the edge of the bed & you'll soon drop off

No, but I'm as small as one

It's good to be able to practice moves without little children running around you. It's always quieter in the evenings which is good because there is more space to skate.

Price at the Arena have increased as of today (Drakey time to sell another Kidney)
Saturday Morning - Skate Lesson - £2.20
Free Skate £2.90

Saturday Evening: £2.20

Just as a warning I'm sure none of you, like me, just take a £2 coin to Saturday evening and nothing else - Now that would have been embarrassing

I have updated the Arena FAQ to reflect these changes.

The more the merrier

The Arena sessions are run by the arena (god knows why) so pay at the desk compared to the Tuesday sessions where you pay Red

Re:Camberley Arena Leisure Centre - 13:29 24 Oct 07 Turn-up pay your money at the desk, come in the main hall and head to the far side where we all get changed into our skates. Jane & Mick who run the session are really friendly and helpful. If you need help just ask anyone who can do what you want to do - only jon (lemming) bites and that's only when he's not been fed.
