I am pumping myself full of Lemsip +12hr supposed to make you well in 12 hours. Since I skate I hoping it will be 6hrs. This is terrible, getting cold/flu on the beginning of the best weekend of skating so far this month..

Today: FNS and Canvas (how much is it to get in?)
Tomorrow: demonstration event in Richmond
Sunday; Race in Camborne
