Re:Salomon Crossmax 3 S-Lab 2 2006 - 19:36 12 Dec 05 I got this in an e-mail from them...

the skates & frames added are available BUT we dont hold everything in stock. Sadly Salomon gear comes from France and the UK distributor holds minimal stock so we quote 7-10days but it usually is quicker, u never know with the french and their habit of going on strike at the drop of a beret. The stock lists show good stock in UK of both skates and frames

... however I would like to point out that this is EXACTLY the same as proline did when I ordered my 2005 S-labs.

Re:Salomon Crossmax 3 S-Lab 2 2006 - 13:29 13 Dec 05 Hi all, we don't put gear on our website unless it is readily available. I have spoken with Salomon and we can get every size on the site. If stocks are low we normally advise on site. If anyone orders from us and for reasons beyond our control we will advise customers giving the option to cancel. This sadly isn't the policy of some of the stores you mention. 7-10 days (for Salomon) is a realistic approach but most often it is sooner. We do source from all over the world.
As a specialist store customer service is paramount for us.
The site is growing in size everyday and if there is something that you want to see (in anthing in our field of extreme sports), email us, it helps us gauge need and we can then add - the 3v/3v frame and crossmax S labs 2 is an example.

fyi the Downhill 320 frame is no longer available from Salomon. The Frame on our site also comes in red. The sizes are 237mm or 247mm (amended 13.12.05) - these products ARE available and you can order by going:-
Salomon crossmax 3v - http://www.demonxtreme.com/product.php?xProd=801&xSec=94&a=dogsbody
FSK EA Frame - http://www.demonxtreme.com/product.php?xProd=802&xSec=187&a=dogsbody

Jason,

I think you may have gotten two seperate products confused here!

The Red frames are probably the standard "FSK EA" frame that has a Hi-Lo setup (76mm wheels at the front and 80mm wheels at the back). Salomon have been selling these for a while and are the standard frames on the Crossmax & S-lab skates.

The Orange frames are the new "FSK 3V SL" frames that we are all interested in. The front and rear wheels are rockerable giving you a bananna shape. I don't know what wheels are supposed to go in this skate!?
