For the rest of us I still recommend these vids which are great for all levels. Does anyone know of any Christmas Card recycling places near Camberley/Reading? I can't find any, should I put them in paper recycling? - Twitter Status

MVE did a double push workshop and went through most of those drills. By the end I could do the shape easily enough, but wasn't getting any power..
