Goodwood De-brief Wed 2nd Aug 2006 - 16:17 01 Aug 06 Meeting on Wed 2nd Aug 2006, 7:00pm at Rackstraws Pub.

Well that was fun wasn't it!

Merry has just paid a very nice sum of money into the bank but the work isn't over yet

We are dealing with large sums of money at the moment and now have to work out how we are going to collect sponsorship money, chase people up and catalogue it. Some has to go through our bank account while some has to go directly to The NCYPE.

We have had LOADS of feedback on the event and a very large portion of it is good but we need to check it all and see what we can learn for next year.

We also have to decide who pays for what

This meeting is open to anyone that would like to have a say, it doesn't matter if you haven't been to a meeting before. Please let us know if you are coming so we can get a rough idea of numbers.

Most things I heard were good, but we need to wash up, and hopefully by tomorrow we should have collected a reasonable amount of feedback (good and bad). I see Dogsbody has been asking for feedback from other skating groups.

I hope to be there (Rackstraws). I presume the Arena is not available.
