Eastbourne Extreme 2010 Accommodation - 15:49 22 Feb 10
Hello Cskaters!
Eastbourne Extreme 2010 is on the 17th and 18th July.
Its traditional that a big group of us bulk book a B&B in Eastbourne for the weekend. Previous years have been brilliant and hopefully this year will be no exception.
Now for the Change....wait for it!
Our usual B&B the Gladwyn Hotel is closed until the end of the year!!
I have therefore reserved some rooms in their sister B&B the Da Vinci

Room prices this year are:
1. £35 for a single room per night including Breakfast- All Single Rooms now taken!
2. £80 for a Superior double/ twin per night including Breakfast (for some unknown reason - even to the owner! The superior is £5 cheaper than a standard double!)
3. £95 for a Family Room per night including Breakfast - 2 available - Options of room layout - King Size bed plus Sofa Bed or twin beds plus sofa bed - Both accommodating 3-4 people at most
So, if you'd like a room let me know in this thread or PM me the following:
1 - Which nights you want to stay (Friday 16th July only, Saturday 17th July only or both). Most people previously have traveled down on Friday evening, and checked out on Sunday, but you can stay on just one of the nights if you want.
2 - What type of room(s) you want (and who will be staying in what rooms, (FULL NAMES PLEASE) or if you want to share with someone.
I have reserved a number of Rooms in my name but have told the owner I will let him know what rooms we want and obviously update him regularly with any changes to my reservation. The place is currently free so we can get more rooms if needs be but best to be quick..
As this is a different hotel I do need to take a deposit off of you in the future: We take a deposit of the first nights charge on all bookings made with us. The deposit is refundable if you give them 48 hours notice of your cancellation. I shall advise the method of deposit payments nearer the time
