Thx for reminding us about ths one Vix. I'm afraid time has caught up with me this month and hadn't realised the meeting was this weekend so I'll have to send my apologies. If there is anything you think I can help out with that comes up during the meeting just let me know.

Marquees no longer required. Jane has a source and can get one for free. Cskate have a couple of gazebo's which will do for timing/video and we should be able to bed borrow or steal another couple for the water stop.
