Brooklands Community Park is near Byfleet, and is maintained by Elmbridge Council. It has a car park, a fenced play area, a large open smooth flat tarmac area, and what appears to have once been a go-Kart track.
Road map to Brooklands Community Park

This satellite image shows the area involved. The red spot is in the car park area. You can change into skates and proceed from there. The blue lines show my progress around the areas that can be skated. Total distance travelled on this occasion was 1.6 miles, so you can see it a fairly large location.
The bendy bits in blue show the area of the old go-kart track. At some places in the centre of the track are ramps for the more adventurous skaters. As they are only around a quarter of the track width, it’s easy to go round them. It is very smooth tarmac, and has some slight gradients. It has lots of tight bends where you can practice crossovers. There are lots of links between the track areas, so if you want to keep changing route or direction, you can.
The rest of the area surrounded by my blue track is pretty smooth level tarmac, but not as smooth as the go-cart track. It is an open area, and suitable for skating on.
At the northeast of the picture, you can see another track going east. This is quite a coarse surface, but possible to skate. As you can see I didn’t go very far down there, so do not know if it gets rougher further along.
